Built around the pillars of creativity, passion, and dedication to help and alleviate difficulties, The Hollywood Wingwoman Talent is a non-profit and mission-driven entertainment talent development firm designed to help low-income and homeless entertainers flourish in Hollywood. Our Talent Development Home and Center, The Lions Den LA, will be a safe haven and refuge aimed at fostering a residential experience  that supports  entertainers (actors, models, musicians , dancers, and comedians ) in their entertainment industry pursuits, personal growth, and participation in an interdependent community. By providing shelter, food, creative spaces, tangible survival resources, and training , our residents will have all they need to focus on their creative business and invest their resources and time on refining their talents and networking. By working together with industry mentors and Caroline’s expertise in human development and relationship building, it serves as a training facility for artists to build their confidence and develop critical skills proven to be useful in staying in the business. The organization also helps these individuals define their brand and equip them with the necessary tools to get ahead in the industry, like creating commercially viable products and establishing a fanbase.
