Any member can start a private or public group room at anytime - if you see a room started, it means this person is in a crisis situation, and needs a witness or someone on the line. If you see a room created, please join to help this person out. Maybe they need someone to talk to, maybe they just need someone on the line until they reach a safe place. Please remember that you (the listener) are not a mental health or trained professional. Please only provide whatever support is asked - listening, talking about a mundane topic, whatever it may be. If you join a room and are harmful or act in any way that could cause harm to the person in need, you will be removed from the group. Please only create a room if you are in need of immediate support.
